Great Experience with Martinsville Flat Out ! I called the Martinsville location and they were super helpful giving both the OEM heavy duty parts and an aftermarket option and they didn't beat up the Chinese super cheap options that I mistakenly bought in the past(they were really terrible, wore out really fast) just said you really get what you pay for in break parts. I noticed poor reviews on Flat Out of INDY and when I called to get breaks for my ATV the girl said they didn't carry them and told me their Martinsville store might have them. I have always been treated well and feel I have been given value for my money, whether it was in the purchase or the servicing of my scoot. This was my first and LAST time I buy from Flat Out Motorsport. Once I said this, the owner then came to me, apologized and then finally sold me the bike. I asked her to stop pushing me before I will press charges. He told me that this was an insult to ask for a reduced price and therefore he decided to not to sell it to me and asked me to leave the store!!? I refused and he asked me again to leave or he would call the police!! I still refused and then his wife or so came and pushed me each time I was not stepping out of the store. Since the bike was a 2003 old bike, I asked for a reduced selling price and that put the owner off. The owner was available to assist the sale and answered some questions about the bike. When I arrived there, I went to the sales desk and asked for a sales person to assist with the purchase. WARNING!!! Found a used bike on the net that was for sale at Flat Out Motorsport. I would recommend them to fellow water sport enthusiasts. Secure storage while the jet ski is on site. Keeps scheduled appointments, doesn't try to upsell unnecessary services.
